Case Study

A global medical device company developing a cartilage repair product was at the point of making a "rent or buy" decision for GMP cell manufacturing. DCi was contracted to develop a patient-level forecast to help the company determine manufacturing capacity over time. Based on our forecast, the company decided to work with a CMO though late stage clinical development and transition into its own GMP manufacturing space for commercial production.

We were then contracted by the company to develop a patient-based sales forecast to determine the appropriate level of clean room and manufacturing capacity.
